Developed a Power BI dashboard to provide near real-time visibility into the health plan’s financial spend for targeted service types. Covering the past two years of data, it delivers quarter-by-quarter analysis and year-over-year comparisons to equip the financial analyst team and CFO with actionable insights. The first page presents spend trends alongside service type comparisons, while the second page offers a detailed quarterly breakdown for historical analysis. By centralizing and visualizing this data, the dashboard reduces the time spent validating accounting team figures by several days and enables proactive trend tracking rather than reactive reporting. This efficiency supports validation and reconciliation of ledger values while ensuring accuracy in meeting contractual requirements with the state for the Medicaid/Medicare program.
