Developed a Power BI dashboard to give the quality team a clear, visual method for tracking pregnant members enrolled in the health plan. The tool identifies the total population as well as those in their third trimester, ensuring each member has an assigned PCP and health coordinator. It includes distribution metrics by age and location to highlight provider coverage gaps and priority areas. Coupled with a daily email alert for new members and a tracker for those without assigned health coordinators, this dashboard has been critical from day one in helping the quality team proactively coordinate care and ensure pregnant members receive the appropriate level of support.
